Harrison Asset Management is a single-family office taking care of the investment, corporate and philanthropic requirements of an Asian family that is based in Singapore.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Intern, Executive Support Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Executive Office. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how an executive team operates behind the scenes, while developing strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
You will work closely with the Principal and Personal Assistant to ensure smooth coordination of schedules, meetings, and office needs — from administrative tasks to ad-hoc errands. This role reports to the Personal Assistant of our Principal.
Job Responsibilities
- – Provide administrative and coordination support to the Principal’s entities, and work closely with the Principal’s Personal Assistant
- – Coordinate meetings, including logistics, refreshments, and preparation of materials
- – Assist with filing, scheduling, record-keeping tasks, claims submissions and logistics arrangements
- – Attend ad-hoc errands and tasks on behalf of the Principal’s entities or household
- – Liaise professionally with internal personnel and external contacts
- – Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling information related to the Principal
- – Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Relevant educational background (e.g. Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience
- Possess a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptable to changing needs
- Reliable, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to commit a minimum period of 6 months (your employment may be renewed subject to a review of your performance)
